What is BPA?
BPA (Bishpenol A) is a chemical found in certain plastics. If BPA is present in the plastic you are using then it can leech out into your food. Current studies and some governments say BPA is bad for your health if ingested. Especially for babies because babies are pussies more susceptible to negative effects. Many countries and governments are banning or at least strongly advising against the use of BPA products. Currently, many parents are fearful of BPA because many baby bottles are plastic and may contain BPA.
What happens if I ingest BPA?
Eating too much BPA may be harmful to you. i won’t bore you with all the medical terminology because i don’t understand most of it. Sorry… i never went to college!
Are you sure BPA is bad for you?
Who knows… this may all just be hype. Maybe in 5 years there will be a new study that says BPA is good for you and helps promote strong bones and can cure butthole cancer when ingested. i myself don’t plan on using BPA products anymore but my buddy Sloth (another embyro baby i met recently) has been using them all the time and he says he feels fine.

Me Sloth! Me feel fine!
But for now, here’s my advice…
Just get rid of all your plastics that have BPA. It’s not that hard to do. If it all turns out to just be hype then you haven’t lost much. Here’s how to tell if your plastic has BPA…
Look underneath the product and you’ll see a recycle icon that looks similar to this:

Recycle icon
Look for the number inside that icon…
- 1 – This is plastic that should only be used one time. A lot of sodas and water use this plastic. Don’t reuse.
- 2, 4, 5 – These are ok to use!
- 3, 6, 7 – THROW THESE AWAY! Some of these have BPA.
Daddy’s so smart, he laminated the below picture and taped it to the place Mommy stores all her plastic containers. If you wanna be cool like Daddy then you should do the same.
Try to only use 2, 4 and 5 (1 is ok for one-time use)
A couple more things…
Glass is ok to use. Glass does not contain BPA. So if you’re worried about plastic baby bottles then glass is another option. Just watch out for naughty babies that like to throw them.
If you’re an adult, it’s a good idea not to expose yourself to too much BPA either. However, if you don’t take my advice and then get sick from BPA just know that nobody is going to care. People only care if bad stuff happens to cute things like babies and puppies.
